Ajit Prabhu

Ajit Prabhu is chairman and CEO of Quest Global, a product development and production engineering company that enables Fortune 500 companies to increase profitability and transform markets. Quest Global has grown at a 30% CAGR since its 1997 inception, a testimony to Ajit’s entrepreneurial spirit.

Ajit has been recognized for his business acumen, including: 2017 T.I.E. Global Entrepreneur of the Year, 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, 2014 SICCI Outstanding Entrepreneur. Ajit is a RAeS fellow and IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt™.

Ajit holds a MS in biomedical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), where he is a Livingston W. Houston Society Patrons member for lifetime giving and a School of Engineering advisory council member; a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, where he is a department of mechanical engineering hall of fame member, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University.

 

Suresh V

Suresh is a Company Secretary and Cost and Management Accountant with over 30 years industry experience in Legal & Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance & Accounts. He has worked in companies across industries and was last employed at QuEST Global as Head – Legal and Company Secretary. His experience spans various countries in multi locational and global environment.

Suresh was instrumental in building non-organic growth of businesses through successful completion of acquisition of medium sized companies, located at multy geographies together with their smooth integration to the acquiring entity. Handled effective structuring of such acquisitions for it to be cost effective.  To name a few major M&A deals:

• Acquistion of business of India headquartered IT services company with operations and group companies at Germany, US and Japan
• Acquisition of an US based IT services Company
• Acquisition of a German based IT services Company
• Acquisition of IT services part of the business of an large listed UK entity, in aerospace vertical

Suresh is a hardcore philantropist, support many charitable organisations in various capacities. Suresh’s hobbies are: Yoga, Playing Keyboard and Guitar, Quizzing
